Zoiko Mobile Family Deals Tearm and Condition
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Zoiko Mobile's Family Deals. By subscribing to and using these deals, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
2. Eligibility
- Family Deals are available to all new and existing Zoiko Mobile customers.
- A minimum of two lines is required to qualify for Family Deals.
- All lines must be registered under the same account holder.
3. Shared Data
- Data allowances are shared among all lines included in the Family Deal.
- Available data plans include 1GB, 10GB, 30GB, and 50GB options.
- Once the shared data allowance is exhausted, data usage will be subject to Zoiko Mobile’s standard rates or will be throttled, depending on your plan.
4. Refurbished Smartphones
- Refurbished smartphones included in the Family Deals are certified by Zoiko Mobile and come with a limited warranty.
- The availability of specific models is subject to stock levels and may vary.
5. Discounts and Pricing
- Family Deal discounts apply to additional lines beyond the primary line.
- Prices and discounts are subject to change. Zoiko Mobile will notify customers of any changes with at least 30 days’ notice.
- All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Parental Controls
- Parental control features are provided to help manage and monitor usage on children’s lines.
- It is the account holder’s responsibility to configure and manage these controls appropriately.
7. Billing and Payments
- Monthly charges for Family Deals will be billed to the account holder.
- Payments must be made in accordance with Zoiko Mobile’s billing cycle and payment terms.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of service.
8. Contract Term and Termination
- Family Deals require a minimum contract term of 12 months.
- Early termination fees may apply if the contract is cancelled before the end of the minimum term.
- Zoiko Mobile reserves the right to terminate the contract if any terms are breached.
9. Customer Support
- Priority customer support is available to Family Deal subscribers.
- Support can be accessed via phone, email, or at Zoiko Mobile stores.
10. Amendments
- Zoiko Mobile reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Customers will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
11. Limitation of Liability
- Zoiko Mobile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Family Deals.
- The maximum liability of Zoiko Mobile for any claim related to the Family Deals is limited to the total amount paid by the customer in the last 12 months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United
States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.
